Your receiving options

At Omniva locations

When you receive an SMS or email, simply go to the location specified in the message to pick up your parcel.

Courier

Once your parcel is prepared for delivery by our courier, you will receive an SMS with the delivery time. Additionally, the courier will contact you by phone before arriving at your address.

Alternatively, you have the option to collect your parcels from your personal Picapac parcel box. Read more.

If you set your receiving preferences on minu.omniva.ee, parcels will be routed accordingly.

Redirection

Enables you to easily redirect parcels or letters from the original destination to a new parcel machine, home address or post office.

Extend storage time

Prolong your parcel storage time at your convenience in the parcel machine or post office, ensuring your shipment is ready for pickup when you are ready.

Issues with your shipment?

Parcel not visible

If you have sent a parcel and it is not visible for tracking or if you have a question about your parcel, please get in touch with us.

Lost shipment

If you have sent a parcel and it has been more than 3 weeks since you posted your shipment, please get in touch with us.

Damaged shipment

If the shipment you sent has been damaged during transportation, you can get in touch with us to apply for a refund.
